Tomorrowland
3 out of 5 Stars
Disney’s Tomorrowland is a movie where
there’s a girl named Casey (Brittany Robintson) that goes into the future to
save the world from ending. The movie’s
writers were Damon Lindelof and Brad Bird who is also the Director. But was the
movie good and satisfying or was it just a movie that was bad and that
shouldn’t have been made? It did have a good amount of people wanting to watch
it. So is the movie Tomorrowland good or bad?
The movie starts with Casey wanting to
stop the destruction of a launch pad which was originally built by NASA. The
reason for the destruction of the launch pad was because her father said that
they did not have anything to launch. So she snuck into the launch pad and
sabotaged a crane. She finally gets caught and when released she found a pin
with a T on it with her stuff.
The next events were crazy, when Casey
touches the pin she sees herself in a middle of a field with a giant city
called Tomorrowland. She investigates about the pin by going to a store. There
she meets Athena (Raffey Cassidy) who saved her from robots. Then they go to a
guy named Frank (George Clooney), who they think can help get them to
Tomorrowland. He leads them and tries to get to the future and from there you
can see the movie yourself.
This movie was kind of confusing in
the middle but is still a fun movie to watch. The rating for this movie doesn’t
make sense because the movie is rated PG and with all the cussing it should be
rated PG-13. But it’s still a fun movie to watch if you’re into Sci-Fi and
action movies just like Tron. It’s a great movie but the story is confusing and
it is missing some details so it would be a 3/5. It’s still a good movie never the less and it
would be great for people who likes adventure and who doesn’t mind creepy robot
heads.
